Gregory Mikell

Gregory Mikell (AEA SAG) is currently on hiatus from working on his MFA at the Actors Studio Drama School. He holds a BA in drama from Jacksonville State University has trained at NYC's National Shakespeare Conservatory and is a member of the New Jersey Repertory Company. Recent work includes a Studio workshop of Lord Byron’s Lover, The Gentleman caller in a Creative Artist Lab adaptation of The Glass Menagerie and Pasha in CAL’s one act of The Seagull. Other work includes Wings Theatre Company’s adaptation of Richard The Lionheart while rehearsing with Stage East ensemble for a production of Lee Blessing’s A Walk In The Woods in the role of John Honeyman. Soon after, he played the role of Kulygin in Chekhov’s Three Sisters with the Prospect theatre Company. Other credits include: The Memory Orchestra at HERE Art Center, Welcome To Our City by Thomas Wolfe at The Mint Theatre, a tour with TheatreWorks USA’s The Color of Justice by Cheryl Davis and various play readings. Other favorite roles include Antipholus of Syracuse in The Comedy of Errors, Cloten in Cymbeline, Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet, and Hoke in Driving Miss Daisy. He has also appeared in film and television as well as commercials.
